By accessing or using Mochi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mochi is a parental control application that allows parents or guardians to manage their children's access to apps and websites on mobile devices. The Service includes a parent app, a child app, and a supporting backend.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to create a parent account. The child app is intended to be installed and configured by the parent or guardian on the child's device.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Mochi only for its intended purpose of parental supervision. You may not:
- Use the Service to monitor individuals who are not your children or legal dependents
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the Service
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law
6. Waitlist
By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive occasional emails about Mochi's development and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Mochi are owned by Mochi and its creators. You may not use, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mochi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Parental supervision remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
